In this time, I would like to introduce you the history of Al-Abidin foundation.
Al-Abidin name is derived from the founder, Mr. Soeparno Zain Al-Abidin
In 1995, after his business was considerably settled, he started his idea to have a non-profit organization to support Islam's development in Banyuanyar, Surakarta.
He built an Islamic Boarding School Al Abidin. school for the poor and yatim student.
In 31st October 2003, we held the first meeting to establish an international Islamic school which now called SDII Al-Abidin.
Al-Abidin foundation is a donation (waqf) of the founder, Waqf in Arabic mean it is stopped, so the family should not and could not earn anything from this foundation.
the family of Mr. Soeparno Zain Al-Abidin could not and should not get any amount of money from the foundation, neither from the school nor the foundation itself, as it was all the donation (waqf) from our ancestor.
